Crash Bandicoot is back! The N Sane Trilogy features remakes of the three original PlayStation adventures, with a brilliant facelift that keeps the levels and incredible challenges intact, and is now available on Switch, PC and Xbox, in addition to PS4.
While completing each stage is one thing, finishing them 100% is another thing entirely. Not only that, but the way to find all the gem and key locations is slightly different in each game, so knowing how it works will save you a lot of time and hassle.

Crash Bandicoot Gem Locations, Colored Gems, and Key Locations
Each stage has a gem to unlock, which is achieved by breaking each box in a single run of a level.
In the White Gem stages, you can lose a life while attempting this, but the Colored Gems require you to complete it in a single attempt, without losing any lives. In both cases, you will also have to overcome their special stages, but fortunately at least you can die as many times as you want in them without risk of losing a life or the Gem.

Crash Bandicoot 2 Gem Locations, Colored Gems, and Secret Levels
Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back mixed things up, introducing Warp Rooms and Crystals for the first time, and with them a series of fairly complex secret entrances and exits across multiple levels.
There is also an extra layer of complexity in how to obtain colored gems. Instead of simply beating a level without dying, you now have to perform a variety of actions, such as finishing a level without destroying it. any boxes.
Finally, Death Routes were introduced. These are special platforms that take you to Bonus Rounds, but they are only available if you reach them without dying on that level. Add in the fact that you’ll need to backtrack through one or two of them, and they’re a pretty dastardly mechanic. Good luck!

Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped Gem Locations, Colored Gems and Secret Levels
The final game in the trilogy, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, was based on the concept of Warp Rooms and Crystals added in Crash 2. While the secret entrances and exits are a little less complicated than the previous entry, that certainly doesn’t means them easy.
Two completely hidden levels, a 105 percent max completion rate, and hidden Warps keep this Crash as challenging as ever.
