Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Susuyai Shrine solution

The Susuyai Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be found in Hyrule Field. To discover the Susuyai Shrine solution, you will need to learn how an item can have multiple uses if you change your perspective on how it can be used.

As with other Shrines in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, the Susuyai Shrine presents a couple of challenges that you will need to use your building and problem-solving skills to overcome. Note that this Shrine depends on you having the Ultrahand skill; If you don’t have it, get it first at the Ukouh Shrine.

Once you have the Ultrahand ability, we are here to show you how to complete the Susuyai Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Susuyai Shrine location in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

The Susuyai Kingdom Tears Shrine can be found in Hyrule Field, southwest of Lookout Landing and west of Hyrule Field Chasm. The precise coordinates of the shrine are (-0785, -0433, 0018).

It is hidden among some sparse ruins and we have marked its location on the following map:

Also, if you search the area near this Shrine, you might find a Korok Seed that is missing its friend.

Susuyai Shrine puzzle solution in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

When you first enter the Shrine, you’ll see three platforms moving across the center of the room and then disappearing off a ledge on either side. This will happen in a loop until you intervene.

First of all, it’s time to grab the chest. The chest itself is on the middle row platform.

To get to it, walk between the first moving platforms and the starting area. When the platform starts to pass you, hit one of the small wheels attached to it to make it turn off. Once you do this, the entire platform will stop moving.

Then, move to stand next to the path in the middle that the chest platform takes. Again, when it passes you, hit one of the small wheels to make it stop moving. Then use Ultrahand to grab the chest at the top and lower it towards you to open it. This chest contains five arrows.

We caused a small accident here, but the principle remains the same. Stop moving the platforms and grab the chest.

Once you’re done with the chest, use Ultrahand to lift up any of the platforms you stopped. Next, take the platform across the moving platform area to the opposite side (you should see a broken platform to your left on this side).

Here you should see that the arched floor in front of you is moving. The link cannot be found with this. Instead, use Ultrahand to rotate the platform you had previously stopped and place it on the platform you are currently on, making sure the dragon heads are pointing towards the moving floor in a straight line.

When you’re ready, jump onto the platform and hit one of the wheels to make it move and ride the platform across the moving floor until it stops on the other side.

When you’re here, you should see a mechanism to your right that Link can push to raise the door leading to the final area. However, as soon as Link releases this, the door will fall again.

Use Ultrahand to remove one of the small wheels from the platform you traveled here on and attach it to one of the handles of the mechanism, making sure the bar is attached to the side of the dragon’s head as shown in the image below .

Then, hit the wheel to make it move and the door will remain open for Link to walk through.

In this last area, you should see two small wheels to your left. You’ll only need one of these to cross the large gap that leads to the Light of Blessing (but it’s always good to have a spare, just in case).

Grab one of the wheels with Ultrahand and take it to the platform in the middle of the room. Your goal here is to push the platform to the other side. To do this, place the dragon wheel between the bars that the platform is hooked to at the top and secure it to the top of the platform.

Make sure the dragon’s head is behind the platform with its head facing the platform, as if it is pushing it (because this is what it will do).

Then, when you’re ready, stand on the platform under the wheel, jump, and hit the wheel to start it up. Now all you have to do is climb the platform to the other side to collect your Blessing Light.
