The Eerie Echos Timed Research quest rewards you with the animated ghost pose. However, if you fancy this spooky animation for your Pokémon Go avatar, you’ll have to spend £4.99, $5 or the equivalent price in your local currency.

Steps of the ‘Eerie Echos Timed Research’ mission in Pokémon Go
Eerie Echos Timed Research is a paid quest that you can purchase during the Halloween 2023 event in Pokémon Go.
Because it is a timed research mission, it must be completed by Tuesday, October 31 at 8 pm (local time) or else the rewards it offers will disappear. (You will also have wasted some money…)

‘Timed Spooky Echoes Investigation’ Step 1 of 4
- Spin 3 PokéStops or Gyms – Gastly Encounter
- Catch 10 Pokémon – Misdreavus Encounter
- Throw 5 curveball pitches: Litwick encounter
Rewards: 5 Silver Pineapple Berries and an encounter with Phantump.

- Perform 2 Curveball Throws: Poochyena Encounter
- Transfer 10 Pokémon – Galar Zigzagoon
- Catch 10 Ghost-type Pokémon: encounter with Sableye

- 2 km walk – Meet Purrloin

Rewards: Ghost Pose and encounter with Trevenant
The Season of Adventure Abundance is here! The Halloween event has returned, bringing with it Greavard and Houndstone. Party Play, Pokémon Go’s multiplayer feature, is here, along with the Welcome Party quest. You can also work on the Timed Investigation: Master Ball mission and compete in Go Battle League. Be sure to compete in Shadow Raids, complete routes, use Daily Adventure Incense for a chance to encounter Galarian Articuno, Galarian Zapdos, and Galarian Moltres. This incense can also give you encounters with other rare Pokémon in Pokémon Go.
How Eerie Echos Timed Research Works in Pokémon Go
The Eerie Echos Timed Research Mission launched on Thursday, October 19 as part of the Halloween 2023 event in Pokémon Go.
Since this mission is paid, you must purchase it from the in-game store for £4.99, $5 or the equivalent price in your local currency. It cannot be purchased with PokéCoins and is non-refundable. It will also be available for purchase until Monday, October 30 at 8:00 p.m. (local time).
It is also possible to gift this mission to any player with whom you are great friends or superior.
If you purchase this quest, you will have until Tuesday, October 31 at 8 pm (local time) to complete it and claim all rewards. Missing the deadline without doing so will mean you will lose access to the rewards forever.
To purchase the Eerie Echos Timed Research Mission, you must first open the in-game store from the main menu and scroll down until you reach the mission banner. Select said banner after doing so before tapping the ‘Buy’ option, which will send you to the purchasing methods for your mobile device.

After purchasing the quest, it will automatically appear in the “Today” tab. If not, try closing and reopening Pokémon Go.
Remember: the Eerie Echos Timed Research must be completed by Tuesday, October 31 at 8 pm (local time) or you will lose your rewards.
