Terrakion is located in Lakeside Cave in the Crown Tundra; You can easily find it in the main area of the cave.
You can easily find Terrakion by entering any of the Lakeside Cave entrances, heading to the main cave area, and then to the northwest corner. Terrakion may take a while to appear, but trust us, he’s there!

Terrakion’s moveset in Pokémon Sword and Shield Crown Tundra explained
Terrakion in the Crown Tundra DLC will be level 70 and will have the Justified ability, which will increase his attack stat if the opponent uses a dark-type move. He will also know the following moves:
