Genshin Impact 3.1 Banner and event details

The Genshin Impact 3.1 banner and event details for the next update, titled King Deshret and the Three Magi, have been announced.

As always, there are two phases of posters and new limited-time events in the latest patch, with the Genshin Impact 3.1 posters featuring three new Sumeru characters and two restocks. Information was also revealed about the second anniversary plans, a new card game that will be introduced during the 3.3 update, and a Genshin Impact animation in the works!

Below, you can find out who the new and returning characters are, and what new events will be added with the upcoming 3.1 patch.

Genshin Impact 3.1 Banners

There are three new playable characters debuting in update 3.1: Cyno, Candace, and Nilou.

Phase 1 begins with Twilight Arbiter and Ballad in Goblets Banners, with the new Electro 5-Star Cyno introduced in Twilight Arbiter and the returning fan-favorite Anemo 5-Star Venti (S tier) introduced in Ballad in Goblets. Additionally, the new Hydro 4-Star Candance will be the upgraded 4-Star featured on Cyno and Venti’s Banners.

As usual, Phase 1 posters will appear side by side and will be available starting Wednesday, September 28. Phase 1 3.1 posters will end on Friday, October 14.

In Phase 2 of Banners 3.1, we have Twirling Lotus and Secretum Secretorum, with Twirling Lotus introducing the new character Hydro 5-Star Nilou, and Secretum Secretorum introducing the return of Geo 5-Star Albedo.

All the new 4-star characters and featured 5-star characters you can want during Update 3.1 are:

  • Cyno (Twilight Arbiter Banner – Phase 1): New 5-star Electro character who uses a polearm.
  • Candace (Twilight Arbiter and Ballad in Goblets Banner – Phase 1): New 4-star Hydro character who also uses a polearm.
  • Venti (Ballad in Goblets Banner – Phase 1): Returning 5-star Anemo character who uses a bow and is best used in a support and sub DPS role.
  • Nilou (Twirling Lotus – Phase 2): New 5-star Hydro character who uses a sword.
  • Albedo (Secretum Secretorum Banner – Phase 2): Returning 5-star Geo character who uses a sword and is best used in a sub DPS role.

There are also five new weapons coming to Genshin Impact in 3.1, with the new Scarlet Sands Polearm 5-Star Staff and Khaj-Nisut Sword 5-Star Key appearing in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the game. next weapon Epitome Invocation. Banners, respectively.

In addition to the 5-star weapons, three 4-star weapons are added to the Epitome Invocation pool in the Genshin Impact 3.1 update. The new 4-Star weapons in 3.1 are:

Genshin Impact 3.1 Events

In addition to Acts 3 and 4 of Chapter 3 Archon Quest and Story Quests for Cyno and Nilou, we will be getting five limited-time events during Genshin Impact Update 3.1.

Here are details on what you’ll do for each of the five events in 3.1:

Genshin Impact Of Ballads and Brews Event

The Of Ballads and Brews event during 3.1 starts on Thursday, September 29 and ends on Monday, October 17. You must be at least Adventure Rank 21 and have completed the story quest ‘Lupus Minor Chapter: Act I – The Meaning of Lupical’ from Razor to participate.

In addition to learning about Razor’s origins, the Of Ballads and Brews event will allow you to unlock four different game modes: Autumn Crisis, Highwind Trial, Charity and Creativity, and Fecund Blessings.

Autumn Crisis is a combat challenge where you can only use your normal attacks, but you can get useful bonuses in the area to help you get rid of the boars and complete the stages of this task. Highwind Trial is another combat challenge, only this time you have to use a special ‘Sublime Anemograna’ to gain buffs and defeat tough enemies.

Charity and Creativity is a completely different experience, tasking you with running a store! You will have to complete some small missions to get the store up and running, then when your store is open you will have to manage your funds on three different priorities: product quality, business efficiency, and comprehensive service. Adjusting these three sliders until they are correct will allow you to make more “trading wins.” You can also hire assistants to help you.

Fecund Blessings is another type of treasure hunt challenge where you must follow clues to locate ‘Fecund Hampers’ (chests) scattered around Teyvat. These baskets contain many different types of rewards, including decorations that you can use to fulfill your store’s commissions in Charity and Creativity.

Genshin Impact Hyakunin Ikki Event

The Hyakunin Ikki event during 3.1 begins on Monday, October 10 and ends on Monday, October 24. You must be at least Adventure Rank 30 and have completed ‘Ritou’s Escape Plan’ to participate, which is part of the Archon quest from Chapter 2, Act 1 ‘The Immovable God and Eternal Euthymia’.

The Hyakunin Ikki is a returning event that takes place in Inazuma. These six combat challenges are released one per day for six days and divide twelve of your characters (or test characters) into teams of two, for six teams in total. You can switch between characters and teams during combat challenges, which we encourage you to take advantage of, as a team’s combat ability will decrease the longer they are on the field.

Each team can also have up to two Secret Arts, which can provide special benefits.

The rewards you can earn in the Hyakunin Ikki event include:

Genshin Impact Path of the Gleaming Jade Login Event

Path of the Gleaming Jade begins on Friday, October 14 and ends on Monday, October 31. You must be Adventure Rank 5 to participate.

This is the easiest event to complete in Genshin Impact 3.1, as you only need to log in for a total of seven days to obtain ten Intertwined Fates. There are also other rewards as part of the Path of the Gleaming Jade event, such as Mora, Mystic Enhancement Ore, and Hero’s Wit.

You should also check your mailbox regularly during 3.1, as you will receive an impressive 1,600 Primogems, x4 Fragile Resin, and two commemorative devices in honor of Genshin Impact’s second anniversary.

Genshin Impact Wind Chaser Event

Wind Chaser starts on Monday, October 17 and ends on Monday, October 31. You must be at least Adventure Rank 20 to participate.

The Wind Chaser event in Genshin Impact 3.1 is a mastery challenge, where you will need to create wind currents to navigate through their floating platforms in ‘Galezones’, similar to the character masteries in the Summertime Odyssey event, only this time you must collect ‘wind coins’, among other tasks. Wind Chaser can also be experienced with a friend in co-op mode.

Rewards you can receive from Wind Chaser include:

Genshin Impact Star Seeker Stay Event

The Star Seeker’s stay begins on Friday, October 21 and ends on Monday, October 31. You must be at least Adventure Rank 30 to participate. It is also recommended to have completed Chapter 3, Act 1 ‘Through the Smoke Mist and Dark Forests’ Archon Quest to appreciate the story, but it is not required as you can perform a ‘Quick Start’ from the ‘Events’ menu. .

In Star Seeker’s Sojourn, you must equip an event-exclusive device to search for ‘Future Stars’ and help a boy named Banu. It’s another type of scavenger hunt challenge, as your device will tell you if a future star is nearby when you approach it, helping you narrow down your search area.

The rewards you can get from the Star-Seeker’s Sojourn event include:

Genshin Impact 3.1 UK Release Time, CEST, EDT, and PDT

Reconfirmed during the 3.1 livestream, developer miHoYo revealed that Genshin Impact 3.1 will launch on Wednesday, September 28. It follows the usual maintenance schedule for new updates, and version 3.1 is released approximately five hours after server downtime starting at 6 am (UTC +8).

As this is only an approximate time of how long the servers are down, you may be able to play patch 3.1 a little earlier or later than the times below, although estimates from previous updates have been fairly accurate.

With this in mind, the Genshin Impact 3.1 release time for other time zones is as follows:

  • UK: Wednesday 28 September, 4am (BST)
  • Europe: Wednesday, September 28, 5:00 a.m. (CEST)
  • US East Coast: Tuesday, September 27, 11 pm (EDT)
