First, you must visit Paradise Palms. Specifically, you want to go to the center of the named location, where there are a series of black-roofed buildings just east of the main road through town.
Find the building with the inverted L-shaped block:
Once you’ve landed, look east. On the wall below, you will see the blank Paradise Palms treasure map sign.
Now move around and investigate. Doing so will reveal the location of the following sign:

Fortnite Paradise Palms Treasure Map Final Sign Location
The Paradise Palms treasure map location shows a long line with a radar tower. This points to Frosty Flights, the named location in the southwestern corner of the map, in the game’s frozen region.
Specifically, you’ll want to go to the end of the track, on the west side, closest to the edge of the cliff.
From there, you will find the location of the Paradise Palms treasure map, Battle Star, which you must collect.
