The Serutabomac Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be found in Central Hyrule, around Hyrule Castle. You can reach this by launching from the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower. Slide to the north side of the castle. There are enemies in this area so make sure you are ready to fight or run straight to the Sanctuary.

Solution of the Serutabomac Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

The first room you will enter in the Serutabomac Shrine has two metal rods suspended high above it. Use Ultrahand to move the nearby metal panel towards them, creating a path up. You can ascend to reach the next area.

The next puzzle requires you to glue the two metal panels together to form an L. You can then use Ultrahand to place it near the metal rod, like before. Then Ascend and continue forward.

The last room has a chest on the left as you enter. You need to form a ramp using the three metal panels. Run up the ramp to reach the chest, which contains a magic wand.

Now go back down and separate the ramp pieces into individual panels. You need to build another platform, using the shape in the image below. Climb up to finish the Shrine and pick up a Blessing Light.
