How to get Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4, including how to craft Wrathful Invokers

The Wrathful Invoker, also called the Wrathful Malignant Invoker, is the rarest and most useful Invoker in Diablo 4 Season 1.

Summoners are used on Outgrowths in Evil Tunnels to summon an Evil Elite monster, which has a chance to drop different types of Evil Hearts, depending on the Summoner you use.

To help you get the powerful Wrathful Malignant Hearts, we’re going over how to get the Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4 below, which also explains how to create a Malignant Invoker, since it’s not obvious how to do it.

How to get Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4

To get a Furious Summoner in Diablo 4, you need to create an Uncertain Summoner in Cormond’s Workbench. Note, however, that there is only a chance of getting a Wrathful Summoner from an Uncertain Summoner, as Brutal, Vicious, and Devious Summoners are also included in the draw odds.

However, we recommend waiting until world level 2 before attempting to get a Wrathful Summoner from an Uncertain Summoner, as the odds seem to increase after this level.

Although not confirmed, it is possible that you can also obtain Wrathful Invokers by defeating specific types of enemies at later difficulty levels. However, based on community observations, if this is possible, it is a very rare occurrence.

Be sure to periodically check the “Consumables” tab to see if you’ve picked up any Wrathful Summoners this way. Although, as we said, you’re not likely to get one from random drops.

How To Craft Wrathful Invoker In Diablo 4 Explained

To craft a Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4, you need to go to Cormond’s Workbench and craft an Uncertain Invoker, as he has a chance to reward you with one. There is currently no other way to create a Wrathful Invoker.

Creating an uncertain summoner can also give you a brutal, cruel, or devious summoner.

The materials you need to create an Uncertain Invoker are:

  • 40 Brutal Fiendish Ichor
  • 40 Tortuous Fiendish Ichor
  • 40 Vicious Fiendish Ichor
  • 1,000 gold

You get these different types of Ichor by killing any enemies, or evil enemies of the same type for a higher chance of getting a particular type of Ichor. You can also salvage Evil Hearts to get Ichor of their type, except Iraqi Evil Hearts, since they give you Ichor of all types.

For example, if you salvage a Brutal Fiendheart, you will get 5-15 Brutal FiendIchor, and if you salvage an Iraqi Fiendheart, you will get 2-5 Ichor of all other Heart types.

How to use Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4

We recommend that you wait until you reach the end of Season 1 before using Wrathful Invokers, as the higher your level, the better the drop of Wrathful Malignant Heart by the defeated Elite.

When you’re ready, to use a Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4, you need to get to the end of an evil tunnel dungeon and then use the Wrathful Invoker on a green colored Wrathful Outgrowth. This then summons an elite Wrathful Malignant enemy, who drops a caged Wrathful Malignant Heart when he is fully defeated.

There is always a wrathful consequence at the end of an evil tunnel, and another consequence of a different type of evil: brutal, devious, or cruel. You need to use a Summoner of the same type to summon these other elite evil enemies. These Summoners can also be created in Cormond’s Workbench, but differ in that they are guaranteed.

Good luck getting Wrathful Invokers in Diablo 4!
