Fortnite Seismographs are one of the quests in the Containment Specialist questline.
In addition to the Mini-puft locations, which are unlocked after completing this step, you will need to place three of the devices in two locations: Misty Meadows or Catty Corner.
With six locations in total, you don’t have to find them all to progress, and you can even visit just one named location to find everything you need if you want.
